T N

I let Winston type the title…he’s not very inspired today. Sorry blog, I have been gone since last week. Hopefully you all will enjoy some fun pet/pictures of me and Dan outside of Wal-Mart.

I tried to go to a Sci Fi convention because Bobafet was going to be there, but sadly admission was a whopping $25! You know how much a normal nerdy convention is? Like $5! Pffft. Bobafet is EXPENSIVE. Anyhow, it was pretty much worth it just to see some kids exit their basements to dress up like Manga characters and head into another basement for two days. AMAZING.

After Steve, Dan and I decided that spending a combined $75 on admission, we figured we could have just as much fun as Wal-Mart. Man, I remember being like 14 and hanging out in Wal-Mart because there was pretty much nothing else to do.

Anyhow, Dan photographed Steve eating 20 McNuggets in a row, which is probably the sickest thing I’ve ever watched. I think he’s going to post a documentation of this on his blog…I’ll let you know when it’s up!

Does anyone else ever go to Wal-Mart and end up making all these impulse purchases because everything there is extremely cheap??? I think I ended up spending like $70!!! ON WHAT??? I don’t even know. I bought dog food and Spongebob slipper/socks, but I can’t really remember what else. It was all a blur of happy faces and great deals.

Today was my second day of back to work. As for my weekday job, I am almost out of things to do! My boardroom project is close to being done and I’d like to just be able to look for a permanent position. Sadly I have about 2 more weeks to go! BLAH! Anyone have any suggestions on how to spend my time???

spend your time at Walmart, or the mall… basically anywhere public that you, me and steve can cause a ruckus in/at/near… um yeah… sweet.

Build a robot out of paperclips and staplers.

Use post-it notes to create a skin, rather than using the traditional, exposed exo-skeleton design.

    You could call it ‘Adminotron’

When anyone approches you for assistance, ask them to refer to your robot:

Colleague: Uhh. Have you got that report I wanted?

Adminotron: “HERE. IS. THE. SPREADSHEET. YOU. REQUESTED. DID. YOU. SEE. THE. GAME. LAST. NIGHT?”

Colleague: Why are you talking like that, Lauren?

Adminotron: “THE. GAME. OF. HUMANS. WAS. VERY. EXCITING.”

In the small town I lived in, that’s all there was to do. Wal-Mart or hang out at the carwash. I chose Wal-Mart. Its sort of fun, but when you do it too much, things don’t look too appealing. I dont’ know.
